• Responsible for effective operation and trouble-shooting of Robotics in the post machining phases of finishing — this includes polishing and dressing.
• Create lean programmes to increase efficiencies and operator competence through associated departments and where necessary create inspection files.
• Contribute an expertise in RCA with specific regard to throughput, RFT and OTD
• Be the critical interface across internal functions, bringing greater focus to how the company respond to customer applications and specifications.

• Should have a solid grounding in a precision engineering environment, be familiar with multi-axis CNC machining and able to read and interpret technical drawings in both Metric and Imperial
• Would justify the mantle of the “Go to Guy” for Fanuc automation controls
• Must demonstrate the practical knowledge of programming off-line as well as set up and operation within tight tolerances
• Conversant Lean and CI methodologies and welcome the prospect of working within a team supporting best practice culture, whilst striving for notable customer service levels.
