• Manage and develop internal resources (cross functional) to deliver agreed tangible savings, with strong documentation trail, detailing project scope, project management, capital requirements with ROI.
• Lead, train/mentor and implement initiatives to all levels within the department activity via workshop and internal training forums.
• Engage with all functions, department heads to aid communication and improvements at pace.
• Generate strong ROI documentation for capex requests.
• Support, demonstrate, facilitate, and mentor the appropriate culture needed within the business to facilitate and optimise improvement.

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline, with minimum of 3-5years experience in delivering problem solving, implementation of improvement initiatives, and tangible cost savings across multiple departments.
• Hands-on approach, undertaking involvement and leadership of initiatives with training and implementation of framework for agreed improvement initiatives.
• Implementor of initiatives and activities for improvements with tangible savings including (activities: but not limited to 6’s, RCCA, SMED, kaizen, or other suitable initiatives).
• Practical knowledge of process capability assessments and process development. With the ability to undertake training of large groups of operational workforce.
